The Friends of the Homeless of Tuscarawas County is building Jack’s House of Hope directly behind our current shelter on East High Avenue in New Phila. DoverPhila Federal Credit Union is proud to commit $250,000 over the next five years — $50,000 per year beginning in 2025 — to Friends of the Homeless of Tuscarawas
