Our Daily Share Account earns the same dividend as our Regular Share Account. This account gives our members an additional share account for special saving purposes without having to open a new membership account.

  2. Order online from Main Street. Click here to order today!

Please keep the following in mind if you order online from Main Street:

      • Your name and address must be the same as the name and address on your account at DoverPhila.
      • Their standard shipping is “USPS 1st Class.” Business packages have a higher delivery fee due to the size and bulkiness of the order.
      • Senior checks can be any of the standard styles with 90 checks per box in either single or duplicate.

If you have not ordered your free checks before, please visit one of our full-service branch locations to order.

As a not-for-profit credit union, we appreciate the unique governing structure of not-for-profits, their need to keep expenses in check, and desire to show results for the programming.

For that reason our not-for-profit checking account offers all of the great features and benefits of our business checking account, but without the monthly service charges (waived for qualified 501c3 not-for-profit organizations).

Opening any business account at DoverPhila will require specific documents to be presented consistent with entity’s designation. Please review carefully to know what documents are required for your designation.

An appointment may be needed to open an account in person. Call 330-364-8874 to make arrangements. 

Corporations, LLCs, Partnership, & Non-Profits

  • State of Ohio Registration
  • Proof of TIN-from IRS
  • Driver’s License/ photo ID of all owners/agents
  • Proof of SSN of all owners/agents
  • Partnership agreement (partnership only)

Credit Union will provide paperwork for business resolution as well as Beneficial Ownership Certification. 

Sole Proprietor/DBA

  • Proof of TIN/SSN
  • Letter of Authority (we can provide)
  • Driver’s License/Photo ID

Association, Club, Religious, & Charitable Organizations

  • Letter of Authority (we can provide)
  • Proof of TIN
  • 501c3 if charitable organization is non-profit
  • Driver’s License/Photo ID of agents

Trust

  • Proof of TIN or SSN
  • Trust document
  • Proof of SSN for all new trustees
  • Valid driver’s license or photo ID for all new trustees

Estate

  • Proof of TIN
  • Court appointed executor/administrator documents
  • Death certificate
  • Valid driver’s license or photo ID for executor/administrator
